My Story
Damson & Sage Holistics was launched in April 2025 following my move to the beautiful tranquillity of Suffolk. It is from here that I offer a wide range of rejuvenating treatments and relaxation sessions, all from within my custom-built Garden Treatment Room.
Although Damson & Sage Holistics is a new venture, I have been a Kinesiologist for 15 years, Reflexologist for 12 years and I have trained in many holistic modalities along the way.
I am also a Yoga Teacher and have specialised in Yin Yoga.
Calming the nervous system is the focus of my practice. In my experience it is key for optimal health. I am passionate in supporting my clients on their physical, mental and energetic wellbeing during their healing journey.

Creeting St. Mary
Damson & Sage Holistics is nestled in the peaceful Suffolk countryside in the small village of Creeting St. Mary. Although we are tucked away from the hustle and bustle, our location is conveniently accessible from Ipswich, Colchester, Bury St. Edmunds, and nearby villages. Just off the A14 and a mere 15-minute drive from the A12/14 Copdock Interchange, we are easily accessible.
We have onsite parking.
