These corrections are based around a mixture of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Touch For Health techniques. They are natural gentle corrections undertaken while you remain fully clothed.

Progressive Reflexology is a gentle foot massage that is based on a Traditional Chinese Medicine that restores harmony by using the five Elements: Earth, Metal, Fire, Water and Wood.
Each reflex corresponds to organs or elements in the body. When this reflex is massaged, it helps to release stress and clear energy blocks.
Aroma Reflexology
Healing Oils
Essential oils are used on the feet during the Progressive Reflexology treatment. An individual blend of oils is mixed together to meet your healing requirements. A pot of this blend is given to you to take home so that you can continue use and enjoy the benefits of the oils after your treatment.
Moxa / Moxibustion
Invigorate your Energy
Moxa is the burning of the dried herb Mugwort. It is held over acupuncture points and replaces depleted energy points within the body.
In traditional chinese medicine it is believed to invigorate your energy, warm the blood, dispel cold and increase your vitality. It can be used within a Kinesiology or Reflexology treatment.
Yin Yoga
Total Relaxation
Yin Yoga is a slow gentle practice that focuses on stretching, stillness and supporting your nervous system. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with props to support the body so the connective tissue can release.
Classes are for 1-2 people and can be a stand-alone class or added into the 'Retreat Packages'.
Indian Head Massage
Reclaim your Peace
This treatment is based on Ayurvedic massage techniques that focuses on the head, face and shoulders. It releases tension and restores balance in the mind and the body.
Indian Head Massage can be a stand-alone treatment or can be added onto another treatment.
