Nestled privately in the picturesque Suffolk countryside, our Garden Treatment Room provides a serene escape amid a beautifully landscaped garden. This tranquil and luxurious space is designed to promote serenity and calmness. From the moment you step into the space you will feel able to breathe, focus on yourselves and be nurtured.
The Garden Treatment Room is fully equipped with a comfortable treatment bed, cozy sofas, and a private washroom for your convenience.
Hot Tub
Relaxation with a View
Experience ultimate relaxation in our Hot Tub after your treatment, where massaging jets and warm bubbles help you absorb the benefits of the care that you received. After treatments and during Retreats, clients are welcome to use the Hot Tub. Towels, Robes, and private showering facilities are provided.
Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding fields as you unwind and rejuvenate. Keep an eye out for Drake the Stag and Fred the Pheasant, who sometimes pay us a visit!
Half Day Retreat

A Damson & Sage Holistics 'Half Day Retreat' makes the perfect gift. Spend four hours relaxing and pampered in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. It is an ideal way to 'Reconnect' with yourself or your loved ones, and to celebrate a Birthday or Anniversary.

Bespoke treatments, Snacks and drinks and finish off with use of the hot tub for the ultimate restoration of balance.

The Gift or Care
Gift your loved ones with a retreat to celebrate a special occasion or just to celebrate them. Celebration requests can be discussed.
Gift vouchers are available in timed sessions; 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours or Half Day Retreats for 1 or 2 people.
